Parrots (budgerigars) breed ONLY when installing a nest in their cage?
I was told that ONLY when you put an improvised nest inside the cage, parrots (budgerigars, in my case) will start breeding. Is it true and how do you comment it? Thanks.

How do you get rid of the little moths that are near the bird cages and bird food?
I found little worms hatching into moths that seem to stay around the parrot food droppings and bags of food. How do you safely rid the area of these moths without harming the parrots?
