You can buy it in a gallon of concentrated formula. It has directions to dilute it. It lasts for a while and has a nice, clean, fresh scent to it. We use it at the grooming shop where I work and it works wonders. It isn't just covering up a smell,like many products, but cleaning and killing the germs. OdoBan- It is a cleaner/disinfectant/

I clean with this every day. Then I use glad scented oil candles. They are both awesome. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats and you can not tell this when you walk in my house! Mr Clean Orange scent.
