Is this cage big enough for a parrot?

I want to get an Indian Ring neck Parrot. I already have a parrot cage that is L x 25, W x 19.5, and H x 30. Would that be large enough to house a full grown Indian Ring neck Parrot? and if u know anything about this kind of bird, please tell me :) i want to know as much about it as possible before I make my decision on purchasing one. Also, how much, on average, would a common green Indian Ring neck Parrot cost? Thanks :)

That would be about the minimum size cage for an IRN. It would suffice, but larger would be better.

How much one costs depends on where you are; in the US they generally run about $175 to $275.

that sounds a little bit small. Try looking on craigslist. they have very very good deals on cages. As for the parrot, i would recommend ebay classifieds (lol yah, ik) to look for breeders. get a handfed baby it is well worth it. Cost varies widely. also, try reading online if you havent already about them. i know birdtricks.com has great training advice, as well as youtube lol. hope this helps a little :)
