Does anyone really care what kind of dog our president has? I sure don’t. I can’t believe it is making headlines. They should be allowed some privacy. Their choice in a dog is not really important.

I’m not putting my life on hold like some people have. But, I’m happy to hear that the girls got their dog. However, people need to take a chill pill about them not getting a shelter dog v.s. a breeder dog, the dog was a gift to the GIRLS from Senator Kennedy. The ultimate decision was always up to Sasha and Malia anyway. I’m just waiting for somebody to call him a socialist because of it.

I don’t care about their dog. It’s not so much about their privacy as it is about being a waste of my time.
Well, apparently someone out there cares. Otherwise the articles would never have been written.
I think it’s more of an attempt to make us feel more at home with the Obama family. In the same light, there are tons of articles (from respectable news sources even) about the event he and his family hosted for their Easter Sunday.
I personally am not interested in his personal life, but hearing little bits like that do make him seem more down to earth. And I think that’s what these media sources are trying to show: a world leader of celebrity status as an average human being.
The rhetoric is justifiable. After all, I would rather view someone as an equal before I ever tried to deify them.
no But Im glad that the kids finally got one.I was wondering if it was going to be another one of his lies.But the media will be all over it I would suggest turning the channel when it comes on.
The good thing is that you live in America and no one forces you to read about the dog, or watch news stories about it, or submit questions on YA about it.

I get so irrated when they mention it in the news. I really do not care if the president gets freaking cat!

Its just so annoying how they make it sound so important where he got the damn dog and what kind of dog he got.
