I bought 2 new male betta fish from pet supplies plus yesterday. They were active and small (which I thought meant they might be younger) but today I realized that their fins aren't thick and luxurious like my old bettas were. I'm positive they are males. Will their fins grow to be bigger with time? (Please answer this only if you know what your talking about.)

It entirely depends on the breeding and fin type of the bettas you've bought.
Size wise I've had adults anything from 1.5" to 2.5" in body length (excluding fins). Again it's down to breeding.
Their fins may grow if they're small, but pet stores usually get in Bettas when they're 8 months – 1 year old, when fins are pretty much fully grown.
If you can post/email pics of these fish we can tell you what kind of Bettas you have.
yeah there fins grow so hope i helped
