Since re-filling the tank and setting everything back up i have noticed all the small fish (mainly tetra’s) have been swimming on the surface, as if they are trying to get some air or searching for food. Has anyone any ideas why this might be happening? If so what remedies are available? I have a feeling it might be the water quality.

One is larger and lighter colored and quite a bit more explorative and curious. The other is smaller, dark browns and blacks, and is way more laid back and content to sit. They are the same age. Also, they will not eat their veggies or drink their water, but both have no problem eating crickets. How can we get them to eat their veggies?
